Working Principle of VOC Recycling System

Hongyi VOC Recycling System has a multistage cooling condensation system and multistage flow-around & variable-speed vapor-liquid separator.

The cooling condenser is combined with multistage flow-around & variable-speed vapor-liquid separator for recycle in each stage. The temperature of cooling condenser is cooled down to approximate -15℃ in the second stage and -30℃ in the third stage.

The system is connected with customer's product line or sealed container/vessel.

First stage:

When VOC gases are forced or pumped into Hongyi VOC recycling system, enter the first-stage cooling condenser, are cooled immediately; part of the VOC gases condense into liquids. And enter the first multistage flow-around & variable-speed vapor-liquid separator; then, liquid VOCs are separated and collected in a storage tank. This is the first stage.

Second stage:

The rest of VOC gases continually enter the next stage, the second-stage cooling condenser, are cooled immediately at approximate -15℃. Part of the rest of VOC gases condense into liquids, and enter the second multistage flow-around & variable-speed vapor-liquid separator, then, liquid VOCs are separated and collected in a storage tank. This is the second stage.

Third stage:

The rest of VOC gases continually enter the next stage, the third-stage cooling condenser. The third-stage condenser is a direct expansion heat exchange device. VOC gases enter the third-stage, and are cooled immediately & directly at approximate -30℃. The rest of VOC gases nearly all condense into liquids, and enter the third multistage flow-around & variable-speed vapor-liquid separator. Finally, liquid VOCs are separated and collected in a storage tank, and exhaust air by a special device. This is the third stage.

Therefore VOC gases are separated from air and condense into liquids. Liquid VOCs are collected from gaseous state for reuse.

Hongyi VOC Recycling System needs a completely sealed working environment, such as a sealed container or vessel, in order to easily collect VOC gases or gaseous solvent, prevent VOC gases leaking.
